JEFF BECKER, Teacher; Book Arts
Jeff Becker is a teacher and lover of book arts. His education includes classes at the American Academy of Bookbinding and workshops with local and nationally known binders. He began making journals in 1998, fond of possibilities of the material and form, how binding serves as an introduction to the content, the structure and movement, the anticipation of the turning page, and the following surprise or resolution. He can be seen at pARTiculars teaching classes and working the gallery.
