Ceramics, Felt, Silk
My love of nature is reflected in all of my art. I taught in schools and for non profits for 35 years with an emphasis on natural history and the environment. I like to create with three very diverse mediums: clay, silk and felt and find that each resonates with different parts of my connection to nature. I hope that my art brings people closer to their own connection to the grace and beauty of the natural world. Most recently I have been drawn to creating ceramic sculptures with the intention that they can be used as focal points in meditation with specific emphasis on gratitude and forgiveness.
A reception for Suzanne will be Friday, November 11, 4:30-8. Refreshments will be served.
