….that pARTiculars was started 15 YEARS ago in 2008. Nancy West, our wonderful landlady, had the idea of starting an art gallery in this space. The news spread by word of mouth and pretty soon we had 25 OWNERS! Are you familiar with the term ‘herding cats‘? That’s what it was like in the ‘before time‘. We were a varied group of serious artists that had all kinds of ideas. As time went on the group changed as people left and others joined. Now, we have a brilliant group of talented artist owners (6) and members (10) and we run like a ‘well oiled machine‘. Plus, we really like each other. What could be better?
