Metalsmithing: Cold Connections(Creating a cuff bracelet using rivets))- Jan 20, 2-5pm

This class which meets on Mondays, is for adults, and teens age 16 and up. There is a materials fee: $20 Payable to the instructor on the day of class. Sterling silver bracelet blanks can be purchased for an additional $25. Prequisite: Beginning riveting class, or prior experience with riveting.

Description: Students will learn to fabricate a bracelet from copper and/or brass. We will discuss design elements using wire and decorative rivets, tube rivets, and the use of tabs. You will learn to rivet two pieces into the curve of a bracelet then experiment with your own designs and come away with a finished cuff bracelet.
