FARMSCAPES:FIELDS,BARNS & ANIMALS-ACRYLIC: Tues,10:30-1:00, Oct 4,11,18,25

Adults and Teens: This class series is open to students who have taken my beginning acrylic class or have some acrylic painting experience. The class will focus on creating loose, semi abstract farm influenced landscapes or farmscapes. We will discuss how to paint barns and the animals found on farms as well as discussing how light affects what we see and explore techniques to represent that on canvas.  Students will work on creating vibrant colors using a limited pallet. We will get started working on a painting together before moving to farm and field scenes of the student’s choosing.    At the end of this four-week series, students will have created several farmscapes! This class is intended to help the new or intermediate painter continue to work on their technique in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

Bring to Class:  Plan to bring canvas and acrylic painting supplies to class along with an art journal if you are keeping one. A materials list will be provided to all enrolled students.
